SAN DIEGO, CA, May 4, 2006 – Are you a photographer looking to take a “shot” at big-time tennis? The 2006 Acura Classic is searching for a high-impact T-Shirt to help inspire fans and players, and all they need is the right photo to accompany the tournament slogan “Anything But Love” on the T-shirt design. It’s a great opportunity not only to have your photograph featured on an official tournament T-shirt, but also win a pair of tickets to every session of the Acura Classic, to be held July 29 - August 6 at the La Costa Resort & Spa. In addition to receiving complimentary tickets to the tournament, the Acura Classic “Anything But Love” T-Shirt Photo Contest Grand Prize winner will receive on-court recognition at La Costa, plus 10 official tournament T-shirts featuring his or her design. The winning T-shirt and photo will also be featured on the tournament web site (www.acuraclassic.com).
Here’s how the 2006 Acura Classic T-Shirt Photo Contest works: Just visit the Acura Classic website (www.acuraclassic.com), where you will be guided to the T-shirt contest page. Choose one of three T-shirt designs that you think would suit your photo best (horizontal, vertical, circular) and e-mail your digital photo to the contest. It’s that simple. If you win, people will not only be talking about your amazing shot – they’ll be wearing it!
